This open training video session is included with your EDC-FMA membership. We highly encourage everyone to join in, but participation is not required. This can serve as additional bonus training or a great way to make up for a missed class with your local school or group.

There is a rank-based training schedule. Please attend the video session at the time appropriate to your current rank (all times are AZ time.) Students may attend sessions that are designated lower than their current rank (for example, a student with a green cord may attend sessions for white cord and green cord but not for brown or black cord).

White cord: 8:30-9:00am
Green cord: 9:00-9:30am
Brown cord: 9:30-10am
Black cord: approx. 10:15am
